 In addition to the aforementioned possible bigger visual changes, I
 neglected to investigate the short border underneath "Status" in the
 metabox, and I noticed that comment HTML is escaped. I think the latter
 may be on purpose, based on [5543], and is certainly safer. It's not very
 pretty, though.
