 Honestly, I'd like to see `<del>` and `<ins>` removed from both quicktags
 and TinyMCE by default. This probably needs some user feedback, but my gut
 feeling is that most users never use them at all, and most of those who do
 use them incorrectly. I'd rather have `<s>` for strikethrough, and leave
 the semantic use cases for more knowledgeable users.

 If I'm wrong, and these tags are actually used (and used correctly), I'd
 obviously change my view, but I don't really think that they belong in the
 default set of editing tools.
