 When I use a touchscreen PC or my tablet, the editor keeps focus when it's
 in the "Visual" mode. I suppose this could be a TinyMCE bug?

 It's similar behaviour to what's described in this ticket:
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/31415
 I am using IE11.

 The bug doesn't occur on page load, only after the text area has been
 focussed.
 It makes it very difficult to operate the page, buttons are covered by the
 on-screen keyboard, and it is impossible to do things like insert a URL.

 Incidentally this Trac text area doesn't word wrap, which is also a pain!

 I can provide a visual demonstration if necessary.
