 @boonebgorges Sorry for the delay, I was out of town the last couple of
 days. This looks great! Though, I haven't tested it yet. I will tonight
 and get back to you. As far as the `get_sample_permalink()` strategy, my
 first thoughts are that it's good to be somewhere in the middle when
 enforcing unique slugs. Especially since we have a solid two prong
 approach that covers both sides of the fence without being overly
 aggressive.
