Comment:

 There's also a "Quick Edit" title attribute which duplicates the link
 text.

 Seems like we should either remove it (like in [source:tags/4.1/src/wp-
 admin/includes/class-wp-terms-list-table.php#L332 class-wp-terms-list-
 table.php]), or change to "Edit this item inline" (like in
 [source:tags/4.1/src/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-posts-list-table.php#L700
 class-wp-posts-list-table.php]).

 What would be better for accessibility?
