Comment:

 Patch should take care of adjustments required for customize.php and CSS
 tweaks to maintain the look:

 - Main "You are customizing" accordion header
 - Collapse link
 - Widgets "Back" button (it appears after clicking Widgets)
 - Preview/Customize buttons for mobile

 Decided to re-do the patch with a more specific `width: 100%;` for the
 header to keep everything contained. Putting it on simply `accordion-
 section-title` breaks it everywhere else where they've not been converted
 to buttons yet.
