 This is much too verbose for translations as well. We need to switch to
 just "Link" universally, which will be handled in #32826. The admin screen
 doesn't necessarily need to match - we cannot bind one UI to the other for
 every little tweak and plenty of things are different between them already
 (hence the proposal to focus on one). But I wouldn't object to changing it
 there also.
