 I tested 32678.3.diff and found that the W icon was missing on small
 screens:

 I also found that the visit site / dashboard toggle was really nice on
 desktop but lost on mobile, so I added the dashboard icon back in (just
 for mobile) to the same placement as the visit site (home) icon so that
 you can use it more like a toggle which feels like a better match with how
 the desktop links currently work. Here is a screenshot comparing
