 First findings about small things to fix:
 - reset padding on `.about-wrap h1` for the about/credits/freedoms pages
 - bottom margin for the `.themes-php .wrap h2` now h1 in themes.php
 - Menu locations tabs
 Should patches be uploaded here or in separate tickets? Also, thanks to
 @obenland and @helen :)
