 I just ran `build` and `precommit` after `npm install`, all seems good.
 I'll take a look at this during #wceu contributor day, even though I'm not
 actually there ;)

 A couple of things need checking in regard to new/updated configuration
 options, grunt-autoprefixer, grunt-contrib-cssmin, and grunt-sass.
