 @celloexpressions - I've attached the revamped patch. Be sure to try out
 the feature on both the sections (Site Title and Tagline, Colors, Header
 Image, Background Image, Static Frontpage on my default install) and the
 panels (Widgets, Menus) and their sub sections.
