Comment:

 Shifting to an enhancement - Although some might find the field too short,
 it's not a bug that it's that length IMHO.

 The patch will also need to alter the index length from unbounded to 191
 characters to abide by the utf8mb4 767 byte InnoDB index limits.
 I don't expect that this will make it into 4.3, but I would like to see it
 done at some point.
