 I also think I like this concept best, though it might be too literal,
 especially if the customizer UI changes in the future. My second vote
 would be for the smaller brush.

 Outside of just this, I like the box grid/layout icon (number 5 in
 @empireoflight's mockups) and think we should include it in Dashicons as
 an all-purpose "layout" icon plugin authors can use.
