 I don't think anyone would be looking at the word count while typing
 though (like you do when you're testing it). But yes, maybe lowering it to
 1s is better. There was even discussion about setting it to 3s, but I
 thought it was too much. We can also refresh on enter, but I'm not sure if
 there's more expectation for it to change then. What if you just leave the
 cursor at the end, or you're at the end of your post?
