 Regardless, better instruction is needed to clarify or warn against
 uploading .ico files since that what a lot of people will assume to
 upload.

 It's not designed to accept .ico, nor is it designed to create them.

 Realistically few people will have .ico files or attempt to upload them
 IMHO..
