Comment:

 I'm unable to reproduce this while logged in as a super admin on a
 subdirectory multisite install. Can you check on a fresh install with all
 plugins deactivated and a default theme to confirm that this is still an
 issue?  Or can you please provide whatever additional information is
 needed in order to reproduce this.
