 Keep forgetting to mention this, but we need to fix the bottom margin on
 `.customize-section-title`. It should be set at 15px here for consistency
 accross all sections regardless of the control that appears at the top
 (15px matches the space below the first item on the main panel and
 elsewhere, such as the themes section heading). Note that we should update
 the menu name controls to have a bottom margin of 15px also, which appears
 to have been changed to 12px on merge.
