Comment:

 Showing the individual update lines `Downloading..., Installing..
 Activating.. etc` is impossible due to the way that ajax requests work on
 most servers, we can't stream those bits of data back and have them
 interpreted reliably.

 I think this is mostly redundant now that any error conditions are also
 displayed - see #32473
