 I like some of these changes, but I think we should keep "blog post" in
 the page text. I also think we should keep "Hello world!" Not everyone
 uses title case for headlines. It's been like this forever, and is
 ubiquitous in that exact format on the internet thanks to WordPress. I
 don't think it should change at this point.
