 FWIW, the plugin only works one time.  On successive attempts, the first
 error is caused by using dbdelta to re-create your primary key.  The
 remaining three errors are caused by the plugin attempting to insert
 invalid values on the `id` column.  These are normal errors caused by the
 plugin.
