Comment:

 I can see this being pretty handy. This seems like a common feature with
 online editors these days.

 We'd need to truncate URLs longer than a certain length, possibly by
 truncating them in the middle (rather than at the end). Eg.
 `example.com/abc...uvwxyz.html`.
