Comment:

 Tested in win8.1 in IE11, Firefox and Chrome, all shortcuts work as
 expected. Maybe you've set custom shortcuts in your browser(s) or have a
 custom/specific keyboard driver that may be interfering? Could you test
 with the above three browsers and check if they behave differently?
