Comment (by helen):

 My sentence "we definitely removed the title attribute and are not putting
 it back." was never, ever directed at non-core developers and is in
 context of the rest of the development conversation that was being had. I
 very much wish it had not been quoted at all in this forum, as there is a
 difference in communication styles depending on context and audience.
