 Sure. A color combination that is distinguishable is doable.
 The text will still give that information regardless. :)

 There should be no issue there: the form could easily pop up on tabbing as
 any normal hidden field like the "Skip to content" field do, thus being
 accessible, and would be an experience functionally identical to someone
 clicking on the text-field (the reader would read "Change Password" and
 then access the fields in sequence). But I'm sure there are other
 techniques that could be used too.

 Can you expand on your perspective behind this?
