I'm actually not sure if it is a good idea to add "plain language"
descriptions to these buttons.
The Text editor and the Quicktags toolbar are targeted only at people that
have some understanding of HTML. It is not necessary to use the Quicktags
toolbar to enter these tags, it just makes it a bit faster/easier.
As far as I see from the [#comment:6 tests], the Quicktags buttons are
working pretty well at the moment. Thinking that it is better to keep the
audible button descriptions to the HTML tags they insert, i.e. `b` and
`/b`, etc. That way there will not be any confusion of what the buttons do
or are supposed to do.
