 Please refer to the screenshot below. To reproduce:
 - quick edit a post which has at least one tag
 - using your keyboard, tab through the form elements and focus the Tags
 textarea
 - press tab again
 - the jQuery suggest tooltip will appear
 - keep tabbing, the tooltip it's still there
 - even when you press "Cancel" or "Update" and the quick edit form closes,
 the tooltip is still there, overlaying the Posts list
