Comment:

 Seems like we could remove `nav-menu-theme-locations` from
 `$initial_meta_boxes`, since that does exist anymore, and add `add-post`.
 If somebody wants to investigate why Pages ends up showing last in screen
 options even though it's at the top of the meta boxes (probably deserving
 of its own ticket), that would be nice, too.
