 Howdy! Thanks for the report. I'm not able to duplicate it. Have you tried
 checking through the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ already? My
 initial thought is there may be a network activated plugin that is causing
 an issue.

 I'm going to close this since not able to duplicate. If/when you could
 provide steps to duplicate or additional information, we can reopen it.
