 Steps to reproduce:
 1. install wordpress from today trunk, no special settings, just finish
 wizard
 2. activate some plugin

 Result:
 - you will see that you are are Plugins screen with message "Plugin
 activated" - correct
 - url in address bar is [site_url]/?s - not correct, should be [site_url
 ]/wp-admin/plugins.php
 - when you will click for example on WP Admin > Posts, you will be in
 [site_url]/edit.php and you will see front end with "Nothing found" - not
 correct, should be [site_url]/wp-admin/edit.php

 Additional info:
 - i am using wordpress in public subdirectory (url to my site is
 http://localhost/konrad/wpinstance)
