 A couple of things here - I removed the longer second paragraph because of
 the `.html()` issue as well as still being unsure about the first part
 regarding adding content, and the need to get this done for RC. I think
 it's valuable to provide more information, but we need more time than we
 have for 4.3 to come up with the right messaging. Let's definitely
 revisit. I'll also be opening another ticket tomorrow to change the clear
 results span to a button.
