 The Save Widget submit button text color is off when javacscript is
 disabled. It is being overridden by the `.widget-control-actions
 .alignright` rule. I have attached screenshots of the styles and the
 results.

 Step to reproduce:

 1. Go to the Widgets page
 2. Turn off JS or edited the source to change the body `js` class to `no-
 js`
 3. Add any widget.
