 1. Go to `Add new` post. `wp-admin/post-new.php`
 2. In `Help` under `Customizing the Display`, there is `You can also
 create posts with the Press This bookmarklet.`
 3. Currently `Press This bookmarklet` goes to `wp-admin/options-
 writing.php`. I believe it should go to `wp-admin/tools.php`.
