Comment (by azaozz):

 In 33031.4.patch: same as 33031.2.patch plus attempt to prevent capturing
 of the arrow keys and "scrolling" keys.

 @afercia can you see if that works better? Planning to commit it tomorrow
 (Sunday) or Monday.
