 33106.5.patch Adds a few unit tests for wpautop only.  The tests/media.php
 file was returning nothing but false positives so I didn't add anything in
 there.  The oEmbed system calls get_post and I wasn't sure how to
 initialize it or why none of  the other tests are doing it.
