 Not sure if this is a fresh 4.2.3 issue or if it's something else, but we
 just had an issue where Wordpress refused to save any changes to a post
 after inserting fraction symbols: namely, 1⁄8 and 1⁄4. (But, the symbols
 themselves. It saves as normal when the symbols were replaced with text
 "1/4".) This is a live site and I'm unable to disable plugins or switch
 themes.

 Operating System Linux
 Server Apache
 MYSQL Version 10.0.20-MariaDB-wsrep-log
 PHP Version 5.6.11

 Enabled plugins: All in one Favicon, All In One SEO Pack, CloudFlare,
