 Thanks for the report, Jayce53.

 This problem should be fixed as part of the work in #5305. The changes in
 that ticket properly enforce the "spurious" '-2' suffix, which ensures
 that a post with the ID '2015' doesn't have a URL that conflicts with the
 date archive for the year 2015. See especially [33261].

 I'm going to mark this ticket as a duplicate of #5305. If you find that
 there are still issues on the latest trunk, please reopen with details.
