 @valendesigns: You are correct, thanks, if we change or add to this
 wording, the test needs to be updated as well.  I'll upload another patch
 shortly.

 It seemed like the question here was whether this information passed back
 is enough/appropriate or not, although I can certainly update it to have
 the "No menu items found." still returned, but with the additional
 verbiage as well.
