 The patch removes all entities for '''word''' count (not character). In
 the case that the entity is attached to a word this is no problem. In the
 case that it's on its own, there's a tiny chance it might need to be
 counted as a word. But considering that we don't create them, and even
 convert them back when saving or switching to visual, and that, when
 they're added by the user, they're likely to be a special character, I
 don't think this is a problem.
