 @johnjamesjacoby There is a lot going on in your patch. It would probably
 be best to break out the changes to titles and sessions into new
 enhancement tickets and focus on the Password things for now.

 If you separated out the `pw-weak` changes too, I could get those in early
 and leave the introduction of a cancel button for @markjaquith to decide
 on.
