 When I have (in functions.php or somewhere)

 ob_start('ob_gzhandler');

 then WHile installing plugins, there displays the message:
 {{{
 Downloading install package from
 https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/....zip
 }}}

 and then page loading stops  and nothing is continued..
