 Changes to visuals should be communicated visually with screenshots on
 this ticket and visual records on make/flow. Changes affecting our most
 important threshold flows should be accompanied by some visual oxygen.

 Not everyone is a developer or energetic enough to patch a local dev
 environment just to get a peek at ui changes. Throw some screenshots on
 the ticket to accompany patches. Taking screenshots while testing is not
 too burdensome.
