 Hyphenation which is enabled by many official themes is doing more harm
 than good. For some languages the hyphenation algorithm is outdated (older
 versions of spelling) or plain incorrect. Enabling and disabling
 hyphenation should be a setting in wp-admin/options-reading.php which is
 set by default to none. In this way users will get a properly working
 website from the moment they install WordPress. Can this feature please
 get implemented?
