Comment:

 Looks like the output of the other columns isn't filterable either, so
 adding a filter only for this column seems wrong. It's not even a default
 column.

 If you want to add a link to the ID, you could theoretically
 [http://halfelf.org/2011/site-id-columns-multisite/ add a custom column]
 for it.

 The current patch adds a `column-id` class to the ID column and fixes its
 vertical alignment.
