 Both! The content provider should be able to define which information is
 included in the embeds of her/his content on other blogs, e.g. no images.
 The person sharing it on her/his blog should be able to make the same
 decision; either through parameters passed by the oEmbed call, or via CSS.

 Just anything except a non-customizable iframe!
