 Yup, the reason why the pending link comes first in the markup is what was
 suggested in [comment:29 comment 29]. On the other hand, placing it after
 could help avoiding a float drop when there are lots of comments. See
 screenshot below. The column width would need some adjustment tough
 (tricky because the table has `table-layout: fixed;`) or the comments
 count would need a different displaying when above a certain amount of
