 I had believe one ticket long time ago and will repeat here what I wrote
 there.
 It can seem as naive feature request but it is not. As soon you have bit
 more favorites it goes much, much, much faster to find a plugin with
 standard search option in backend, than to check all favorite list and
 find that plugin.

 In other words you can remove favorites completely as it is now. It has no
 useful function at all.
 I know you wont do it, just saying to make a point how limited it is.
