 I've just run up against this issue on a site where I've imported ~250,000
 users. In general all is working fine except I cannot delete a user due to
 the the "Attribute all content to:" `wp_dropdown_users` running out of
 memory.

 All these users have a custom role which only has the `read` capability,
 so it seems to me that they shouldn't really be listed in the dropdown
 anyway?
