 discuss questions 2 and 3 and reevaluate the function, functionality, and
 use cases for Post Formats in the future.

 Agree that this would be a better interim solution than just yanking the
 feature from core. Leave it as-is (for now) and work on v2 of the concept
 as a feature plugin, to possibly be re-integrated later.
