 Almost no icon library has a FAQ icon, they all use the question mark. So
 why should Dashicons have one?

 I was working on some project and I need different icons, I already used
 help icon now there is no way I differentiate with icons and I thought
 instead of using custom css or png icons this is the place to add new to
 extend the library itself. any ways thanks!
