 A patch re: my suggestions about the context of the text vs icon approach.
 Also in this patch is a change to the string outputted for the screen
 reader text.
 IMO if there are no unapproved comments, the text should read "1 comment"
 rather than "1 approved comment".
 Only place that splitting it out like that makes sense to me is in context
 of approved/pending.

 Comment-edit view is still terrible.
 But I think this is the best we can do short of a much larger conversation
 about this table layout.
